    Acting as internal Odoo experts, your SPoC organizes and trains the end-users. We provide on-site support during the first days of deployment to coach the team and overcome any final resistance to change.

    We believe there is no better trainer than a colleague who actually knows your internal business processes. Instead of us training your entire staff, we intensely train your Single Point of Contact (SPoC) and core key-users early on in the project.

    We require them to physically drive the mouse and keyboard during training. We also refuse to write generic, bloated user manuals for you.

    Writing the documentation is the responsibility of your team, ensuring it matches your exact internal terminology and proving that your key-users have fully mastered the system before going live.
