Every site, every bag of cement, every shilling, in one view.

For contractors and developers who need to know, any day of the week, what each project has cost against the BOQ, what is sitting in each site store, and what is owed on every certificate.

What we hear

The problems this solves.

01

Overruns found too late

Cost against the BOQ is only known at month end, when it is too late to act.

02

Materials vanish between yard and site

Nobody can say how much cement went to which site, or where the rest went.

03

Progress billing by spreadsheet

Interim certificates, retention and variations tracked in files that do not agree.

04

Casual labour and plant hire

Daily wages, overtime and hired equipment are hard to charge to the right job.

In design

A property developer near Tatu City, building 27 homes off plan.

Each home is sold off plan and built as its own project, so every unit carries its own budget, its own materials and its own labour cost. Shared costs, like surveyors and common areas, are split fairly across all 27.

  • Work packages per unit, broken down from the BOQ
  • Foremen request materials and labour for a specific unit
  • The administrator approves every request
  • A daily labour sheet for subcontracted skilled and semi skilled workers
  • Quantity surveyor fees paid against milestones
  • A website that greys out each home the moment a deposit lands
